Chile Ancho Stuffed with Creamy Chicken / Chile Ancho Relleno de Pollo a la Crema
8 Ancho Chiles
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1⁄2 chopped onion
1 cup cream
1⁄2 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 tbsp. chopped coriander
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp Vegetable Oil
Roast the chilies. Then place them in hot water for 10 minutes and remove the seeds.
In a frying pan add vegetable oil, sauté the onion, add the chicken, cream, milk, cheese,
coriander, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes at low heat. Serve the
chicken inside the chilies. Enjoy!
