This wornderful Combo is to prepare ONE of the favourite Mexican dishes it includes;
1 Bag of Guajillo dry chilli 80 gr
1 Carey Corn Hominy 860 gr
1 Pack of Tostadas Arevalo 200 gr
1 Carey Chipotle en adobo 250 grs

FIRST TIME COOKING POZOLE RECIPE
500g Carey precoated pozolero corn (Corn Hominy)
1 chicken breast
6 Guajillo chillies
2 garlic cloves
6 red radishes
1/2 lettuce, julienne cut
250 mL cream
Corn fried tortillas (ambient)
Cook the chicken and shred it and reserve the broth.Roast the chillies, remove the seeds and soak in hot water for 10 minutes.
Blend the chillies with the onion and garlic in the same water where you put the chillies.
Fry the mixture in a little oil and add it to the chicken broth. Strain the corn and add it to the broth as well. Let it boil for another 10 minutes.
Arrange on the table the cream, lettuce, rábanos, lemons, oregano, avocado, chilli and fried tortilla chips on each dish.
