Mexican Tortilla. The tlaxcalli (in Nahuatl) and waaj (in Mayan) was and is the foundation of the food of Mexico. Tortilla originally made of corn flour. From its origin it was "dish", "spoon" and "bread". It is the base for Mexican Tacos.
