Chicken in Mole Verde Sauce / Mole Verde con Pollo
1 Doña María Mole Verde Paste 235 g
4 chicken thighs
1 garlic clove
1 chicken stock cube
In a pot, boil water with half an onion and garlic, adding the chicken stock cube. When the water is boiling add the chicken and let it cook well. Save the broth. In a pot put a little oil and brown a piece of onion. Pour the whole glass of Mole Verde Paste and add the chicken broth, mixing well until you get a consistent paste. Cook for 10 minutes at low heat. Place a piece of chicken on a plate coat well with the Mole Verde Paste. Put some fresh cilantro leaves to decorate. Serve with steam white rice.
