Epazote Flakes 26 gr
This herb is used almost exclusively in Mexican and Guatemalan cuisines, where fresh stems and leaves are occupied. It is a strong aroma and flavor plant (without being spicy) and very particular,you have to get used to eating it.
Use the epazote to flavor beans (especially black beans), rustic broths, and mushroom and corn soups and dishes (corn kernels). It is also common to include an epazote sprig along with the cheese at the time of cheese preparation.
