Terana - Chopped Epazote 26g
This herb is used almost exclusively in Mexican and Guatemalan cuisines, where fresh stems and leaves are occupied. It is a strong aroma and flavor plant (without being spicy) and very particular, you have to get used to eating it.
Use the epazote to flavor beans (especially black beans), rustic broths, seasoning sauces, dressings, casseroles, soups, creams and all kind of meat and fish. I can also be added to quesadillas, sopes, etc.
